We have grab-n-go options available at the counter or drive-thru including Café Kubal coffee, pastries and breakfast items.
We also offer World Famous Bassett's hard ice cream in a variety of flavors.

Meet the Team
Meet Helen Harris! Helen grew up in the small town of Skaneateles. As far back as Helen can remember she has always enjoyed working with food, picking fruits and vegetables in the family garden to snack on or in the kitchen mixing a batch of cookies up with her mom. As a child Helen enjoyed spending time at Cutie's, a small garden market in Otisco where she learned how to grow different fruits, berries and vegetables that were sold and began to appreciate the quality of local produce. "One of my first jobs was as a dishwasher at Sherwood Inn, barely old enough to drive," Helen says. "I was privileged to be able to work with talented, knowledgeable chefs from the beginning of what became my culinary career." With her love of food, she quickly advanced through the kitchen with her creativity and attention to detail. Helen has a strong background in Italian-American foods from her work at Sherwood Inn, Phoebe's and Kelley's but says she enjoys making soups most, using anything and everything to create a perfect balance of various flavors.
Helen's dream job would be a travel host, showcasing great restaurants and vacation destinations around the world. Helen jumped at the opportunity to join the Bailiwick Market & Cafe family as chef "Cookie" Wheeler's assistant seeing the potential of the Hourigan vision. In Helen's free time she enjoys going on motorcycle rides with her husband discovering new ice cream stands and traveling the state participating in competition pistol shoots.
Bailiwick's Head Barista, JoAnn Schneider is an Elbridge native. To prepare for her position at Bailiwick, JoAnn attended the Seattle Barista Academy and completed coursework there to learn about coffee preparation. JoAnn works closely with the team at Cafe Kubal to bring you the freshest roasted coffee anywhere in CNY. She's proud that every brew is no more than two weeks out from its roast.
