Field of Creams represents Nancy Hourigan's original dream to open an ice cream parlor that serves homemade hard ice cream made with ingredients customers can trust. Field of Creams has slowly evolved into a well-known brand across Central NY, made famous by our dedication to serving ice cream without any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Ice cream manager Suzanne McGinn creates all of the flavors using locally sourced ingredients, ensures all add-ins are made from scratch in Bailiwick's kitchen, and produces every single batch of ice cream by hand with an industrial size ice cream machine. Many late nights and early mornings are spent perfecting each flavor. We appreciate your support for this dream!
Our ice cream window is open until 7pm every day during the summer (hours change during the winter months), and you can always order hand-packed pints or quarts to go at our Drive Thru window! If you aren't sure if your favorite flavor is in stock, call ahead!
